TEKCAST offers a compact, Analog version of its standard 3-Post Vulcanizer. Available only in 12”, this economical model provides the same features for producing accurate and trouble-free molds as our larger units but without the digital control. This is an ideal model for production of small novelty and decorative parts as well as fishing lure manufacturing. Handles 9" to 12 " diameter size molds.
Voltage: 220 Volts Description: Vulcanization is a necessary step to prepare the uncured silicone mold for spin-casting production. Under controlled heat and pressure the silicone slowly cures to a heat resistant, flexible, permanent mold. TEKCAST’s 3-Post design ensures that the heating platens stay parallel and produce level, accurate molds. Additionally, in the unlikely event a unit requires calibration, it is a simple and easy process. Our Vulcanizers are jam-free as the bottom platen is independently suspended on the hydraulic jack ram. TEKCAST 3-Post Analog Vulcanizers are only available in 12” diameter size model.
