Each furnace assembly must pass our rigid 15 point quality control inspection.

These Industrial Quality Furnaces are intended for use with a variety of different casting metals, such as zinc, pewter, lead, and tin. As an extra feature, all our cast iron pots are graphite coated to provide a protective barrier, increasing pot life and preventing iron contamination of metal alloys.

Our furnaces are available as a "Fully Wired Assembly" consisting of Furnace, Cast Iron Pot, Furnace Stand ( on 160 model),Basotrol Combo Gas Solenoid and Safety Valve,Auxiliary Pilot Burner,Flame Sensor,Automatic Digital Temperature Controller DT-3 - MERCURY FREE! (A TEKCAST exclusive design) with a Thermocouple (K-type) with Protection Tube and Mounting Bracket. We use only name brand components. Your unit comes completely set-up and ready to use.

Note: The 160 size furnace comes complete with a custom steel furnace stand.

Gas furnaces are equipped for either natural gas (NAT) or liquid propane (LP) use.
