About Our Metal Melting Furnace Line

TEKCAST offers a fulll range of Gas Fired and Electric Metal Melting Furnaces sized to meet your particular need. Built for heavy duty use and durability, these efficient Metal Melting Furnaces will quickly melt a variety of metals, such as: zinc, pewter, lead and tin.

Gas Metal Melting Furnaces-can be operated on either natural (NAT) or liquid propane (LP) gas. All Furnaces come equipped with cast iron pots and are heavily insulated for efficient energy use and safety.

OUR WIRED & SET-UP Gas Furnace Assembly - includes all the following components completely wired and set-up (ready for immediate use):

• Gas Fired Metal Melting Furnace
• Cast Iron Pot
• Combo Gas Solenoid, Auxiliary Pilot & Safety Valve
• Furnace Stand (on No. 160 size only)
• Automatic Digital Temperature Controller DT-3 (Mercury Free!)
• Thermocouple (K type) with Protection Tube and Mounting Bracket

Electric Furnaces- operate on 230V, single phase, 50 or 60 cycle. The full size Furnaces come equipped with cast iron pots and are heavily insulated for efficient energy use and safety.
