18 X 1-1/2 Vulcanizing Frame / Set

Our 3 piece ring Vulcanizing Frames are precision machined, assuring you smooth, accurate and parallel molds. All TEKCAST frame sets (regardless of size) consist of a balanced combination of one steel ring and two matched aluminum plates. These Precision Machined frame sets are the Preferred Choice of experienced Mold making and Casting shops, as they are much lighter and easier to handle then heavier, cumbersome all steel frame sets.

All Vulcanizing Frames include a optional screw mounted centering device at no additional charge. Frames are sized according to mold capacity.

Aluminum spacers provide the ability to create molds of different thicknesses with the same Vulcanizing Frame.
