TEK Polyurethane

This non-filled casting plastic is extremely cost effect and easy to use. It eliminates the need for expensive injection molding processes. It will pick up the most minute detail in each mold cavity, including fine lettering or images. Suitable for most applications, including part duplications, jewelry production and miniatures.

They offer the convenience of a one to one mix ratio (one part A to one part B by volume). Sold in two part kits; (example: 5 Gallon kit size is actually 10 gallons of product and consists of 5 gallons of Part A and 5 Gallons of Part B)

• Shore Hardness - 80D

 

High Strength : H S

• Tensile Strength - 10,000 psi
• Shore Hardness - 70D

• Fast curing - 1-2 minutesli>
• Completely homogeneous post-cure
• Mixing ratio 1 Part A (Catalyst) : 1 Part B (Polyurethane)
• Low shrinkage
• No distortion
• Practically bubble free
• Non-abrasive
• Service temperature up to 285 °F (140 °C)
• Allows quick de-molding of most parts (typically 5 minute maximum)
