Precision Steel & Aluminum Frame Sets

Our 3 piece ring Vulcanizing Frames are precision machined, assuring you smooth, accurate and parallel molds. All TEKCAST frame sets (regardless of size) consist of a balanced combination of one steel ring and two matched aluminum plates. Our Precision Machined Frames are much lighter and easier to handle then the heavy, cumberson all steel frame sets.

All Vulcanizing Frames include a optional screw mounted centering device at no additional charge. Frames are sized according to mold capacity.

Custom sizes are available by special order.
