TEKSIL 689 RTV is custom formulated liquid silicone rubber that vulcanizes at standard pressure and room temperature. It is perfect for molding delicate and temperature sensitive materials. It is also ideal for reproducing complex forms cast in metal or plastic.

A tough, flexible mold is produced by simply pouring 689 RTV on the model. Our 689 RTV follows the most minute detail achieving a perfect copy of the surface detail with precision up to 1 micron. It has natural non-stick properties and releases easily from nearly all surfaces, permitting trouble-free removal. Duro 55, Red color.

TEKSIL 689 RTV is supplied in various size kits consisting of base and hardening catalyst.

1 Gallon Kit - 10 lbs RTV and 1 lb of catalyst : Total Kit Weight is 11 lbs

5 Gallon Kit - 50 lbs RTV and 5 lbs of catalyst : Total Kit Weight is 55 lbs
