TO ORDER ONLINE

 

Please be sure to specify Item Number, Quantity, Description and complete shipping and billing information. Where required, be sure to indicate correct electrical voltage or type of gas service needed.

 

ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS - When ordering online there are several steps you need to complete before your transaction is actually finalized and submitted to us for shipment. The final step in this process will provide you with the option to print out a copy of your completed order. Your private customer account will maintain a historical record of your product orders for your ordering convenience. Please follow the ordering guide shown on the bottom of each page which indicates the steps required to submit your order, the payment details and any special shipping requirements. Occasionally, particularly on small equipment orders of  75 - 150 lbs, we may need to ship by common carrier rather than UPS to insure safe arrival.  We will always endeavor to provide you with the best freight option possible at time of shipment. You will automatically receive an Email notification confirming that your online order has been has been received by TEKCAST. To expedite your shipping and order processing please provide complete contact information, including a phone number.

 

There is a $100 minimum order requirement (not including shipping charges) on Domestic orders, and a $200 dollar minimum order requirement on International Orders plus shipping and handling. On replacement parts or urgent orders the minimum may be waived.

 

Be assured that your order will be handled promptly and efficiently, whether domestic or international, usually within the same or next day. Custom product orders require additional time to process.

Quantity Discounts and Special "Complete System Package" Pricing are available on many items.

 

When quantity discounts are applicable they will be applied and credited to your account prior to shipping. Promotional offers cannot be combined.

 

All prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to factors beyond our control (fluctuations in currency, freight costs, materials, metals market, etc.). Prices do not include shipping.

Quotations and Proforma Invoices can also be prepared upon receipt of your specific requirements.

DOMESTIC SALES:

Additional International Payment Terms: Orders are also accepted with a prepayment by direct Wire Transfer or Bank Check drawn on any U.S. Bank. All banking fees and customs charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Our prices on international orders do not include shipping, crating charges or "free training allowances". Export documentation, handling fees & freight charges are additional.

These charges will be listed on your specific quotation.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

All orders are shipped from our Warwick, RI facility.

Unless specifically instructed by you, we will use our discretion in selection of carrier and will ship by cheapest means.

 

Hazardous materials require an extra fee for handling; Shipping restrictions may apply.

Upon receipt of shipment, please check all goods received against packing slip. Please advise us immediately of any shortages or damages.

 

DOMESTIC:

We ship items weighing up to 150 Lbs. per package via UPS, where ever possible. All other heavy or bulky items are shipped via common motor carrier, or with UPS hundred weight service (for 200 Lbs. or more). Occasionally, particularly on small equipment orders of  75 - 150 lbs, we may need to ship by common carrier rather than UPS to insure safe arrival.  We will always endeavor to provide you with the best freight option possible at time of shipment. All shipments FOB Warwick, RI.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

Orders can be shipped via air or ocean freight, or as specified by you. Shipments can be either FOB Port New York or J.F.K. Airport.

C&F or C.I.F. delivered prices can be quoted upon request. TEKCAST's Export Department works with experienced freight forwarders to provide delivery of your order in an efficient and timely manner worldwide.

Note: All Banking Charges, Freight Forwarder Fees and Customs charges are the responsibility of the consignee.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Any merchandise found to be defective should be returned for replacement within five days of receipt. No item should be returned for credit without receiving a Returned Material Authorization. Please include RMA number and an explanation of the defect. Non-defective returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Items still under warranty will be promptly replaced or repaired. Credit for replacement will be issued upon return of defective item.

 

 

DAMAGED GOODS

 

It is IMPORTANT to indicate any damages on your Carrier/Shipper delivery receipt. Carrier should be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods due to their negligence.

Save original packaging material for inspection. Document where possible with photographs damage to packaging and contents.

Please advise TEKCAST promptly on damaged shipments for further assistance.

 

Concealed Damages or shortages - discovered after package has been opened: Notify Carrier/Shipper immediately, save all packaging materials from your shipment, contact TEKCAST for further assistance.

Our experienced technical staff is available to answer questions related to our products, and to provide you with solutions to your manufacturing questions.

COMPREHENSIVE INSTRUCTION MANUALS and Exclusive TEKCAST Training Videos:

Instruction manuals are included (at no additional charge) with every TEKCASTER and SYSTEM purchase. TEKCAST also has available an exclusive 5 hour training video. Topics cover all aspects of moldmaking, spin-casting, and machine operation.

 

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS:

TEKCAST offers intensive Seminars designed to train the beginner as well as those individuals with limited experience. These Seminars also serve as refresher courses for our established clients on the more updated, modern technique, procedures and materials now being used.
