08-400 MA-1 Zinc Master Alloy Metal Concentrate

In order to save our customers freight and raw material costs, TEKCAST also manufactures Zinc Master Alloy Metal Concentrates: TEKALOY MA-1 and MA-1Z

These are metal additives, metallurgically designed to be metaled and mixed with any of the standard commercial grade ZAMAK (MAZAK) #3 or #5 Zinc Pressure Die Casting alloys available locally across the globe.

TEKALOY MA-1 produces a low cost, high strength zinc alloy that is practically identical to our TEKALOY ZA formulation.

• Mixed with ZAMAK #3 at 10:1 ratio
• Mixed with ZAMAK #5 at 20:1 ratio
