Introducing Our Custom Series 90-C Line

The Series 90-C TEKCASTER is your best option for casting over-sized pieces or utilizing large capacity molds.

All Series 90-C units feature our patented front-loading design but are custom built to our customer’s specifications.

Available with Analog or Digital controls, and in single or TWINCASTER configurations. The larger size Tekcasters offer a greater degree of casting flexibility, as they allow you a broader choice of mold sizes to work with, and readily accept smaller size molds.

If your casting or part requirements appear to be too large for standard 18 or 20” Spin-Casters, the Series 90-C will be your best option for taking advantage of the low-investment, high-production qualities of silicone mold spin-casting.

All Series 90-C Large Capacity TEKCASTERs are custom built especially for your application. You have a choice between Analog or Digital controls. 1. Open door and insert the mold
2. Close door and set RPM, Pressure and Cycle Time.
3. Press start and pour your casting material in through the top.

All TEKCASTER units have the additional advantage that all mold handling is performed at waist level.

Normal operation of our competitor’s machines requires fatiguing or even dangerous lifting of molds and/or cover plates.
